Gli scudi della serie Zamp Z-20 sono progettati per adattarsi a tutti i caschi della serie Zamp RZ. Gli scudi Zamp Z-20 hanno uno spessore di 3 mm con montanti a strappo. Tutte le visiere Z-20 sono inoltre dotate di un rivestimento antiappannamento.
Tieni presente che i clienti non devono posizionare la pellicola trasparente (fornita su tutte le visiere standard) sopra le visiere Prism. Ciò non proteggerà la visiera e potrebbe causare danni al rivestimento della visiera.
Sostituzione scudo Zamp Z-20:
NOTA: è importante NON UTILIZZARE utensili elettrici o serrare eccessivamente le viti quando si cambiano gli schermi.
Passaggio 1 Stendere un asciugamano su una superficie piana e appoggiarvi sopra il casco.
Passaggio 2 Rimuovere i tenditori del perno dello scudo su ciascun lato. Questa è la vite più piccola ai lati dello scudo.
Passaggio 3 Rimuovere le viti del perno dello schermo su ciascun lato. Questa è la vite più grande sul lato dello scudo. Per ottenere i migliori risultati, suggeriamo di utilizzare un quarto per allentare/stringere questo.
Passaggio 4 Rimuovere lo scudo. Si consiglia di utilizzare un asciugamano di stoffa per pulire la guarnizione in gomma e il punto in cui lo scudo si monta sul casco per ottenere i migliori risultati.
Passaggio 5 Posizionare lo scudo sul casco. Ci sono due rondelle bianche tra lo scudo e il casco, assicurati che siano in posizione prima di reinstallare lo scudo.
Passaggio 6 Infilare a mano i perni dello schermo (vite più grande) per tenere lo schermo in posizione. Una volta infilati a mano, usa una moneta e stringi finché non sono aderenti al guscio del casco. Non stringere eccessivamente.
Passaggio 7 Infilare a mano i tenditori del perno dello scudo, quindi serrare alla tensione desiderata per il movimento dello scudo.
The Zamp Z-20 series shields are designed to fit all Zamp RZ Series helmets. The Zamp Z-20 shields are 3mm thick with tear-off posts. All Z-20 Visors also come with an anti-fog coating.
Please be aware that customers should not place the transparent film (that comes on all standard visors) on top of the Prism Visors. This will not protect the visor and may cause damage to the coating of the visor.
Zamp Z-20 Shield Replacement:
NOTE: It is important to NOT USE power tools or over tighten screws when changing shields.
Step 1 Lay a towel on a flat surface and set the helmet on it.
Step 2 Remove the shield pivot tensioners on each side. This is the smaller screw on the sides of the shield.
Step 3 Remove shield pivot screws on each side. This is the larger screw on the side of the shield. For best results, we suggest using a quarter to loosen/tighten this.
Step 4 Remove shield. We suggest using a cloth towel to wipe down the rubber seal as well as where the shield mounts to the helmet for best results.
Step 5 Place shield on helmet. There are two white washers that go between shield and helmet, make sure they are in place before re-installing shield.
Step 6 Hand thread in the shield pivots (larger screw) to hold the shield in place. Once hand threaded, use a coin and tighten until they are snug with helmet shell. Do not over tighten.
Step 7 Hand thread in the shield pivot tensioners, then tighten to desired tension for shield movement.
